To whom it may concern:

Since its inception, International Collection Service has provided Medical Anesthesia with professional collection services.  It is Medical Anesthesia's policy to work each account until all avenues have been pursued; we leave no stone unturned.  I can truly state that my staff exhausts all efforts prior to suggesting that an account be assigned to ICS.  We turn over a high volume of accounts on a monthly basis.

MAPMC has contracted with several professional collection agencies over the years and we have found that International Collection Services has the highest rate of return.  Mr. Hawley and his staff have handled our accounts in a professional manner with out incident.  I find Mr. Hawley to be of the highest moral character and recommend him without reservation.
