Dear Susie

When I came to work for Adelphia/Checkpoint Security over 7 years ago ICS was already in place as our collection agency.  I had just left a position as a Collection Manager for one of ICS's competitors.  One of my first tasks was to evaluate our third party collection agency.  After reviewing all aspects of ICS's practices and results, I found that ICS was a great choice.

I have found over the years that ICS not only produces the collection dollars, but they follow the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act to a tee.  It is a pleasure to know that I don't have to worry about this aspect of our business.

Any ICS employee that I have talked with has always been courteous and helpful.  It is always nice in this day and age to find a company that still believes in giving good customer service, and I believe that you and your staff portray that every day.
