We have been using International Collection Services as our collection agency for several years now and are extremely pleased with them.

We have used other agencies in the past, and saw very little money coming in.  Once we switched to ICS, the change was remarkable.  We receive money regularly and they are wonderful to work with.  Not only is it obvious that they are working our accounts, but the people who work for ICS, especially Suzie Carrier, are so easy to work with.  They are flexible when we have to "retract" someone; they communicate with us when our clients want to make a settlement; and in general they are a joy to work with.  We feel that they are part of our "team".

We highly recommend anyone switching to or adding ICS to their collection efforts.  We are sure you will be as pleased with your decision as we have been.
