To whom it may concern:

As an introduction, Sarasota Equine Associates is a three doctor ambulatory equine practice, with some haul-in, large animal and exotic animal clients. Due to the nature of the practice, we have many absentee and out of area clients. Consequently, we do a lot of billing as opposed to payment at time of service. As a result, we at times have uncollectible accounts.

Sarasota Equine Associates, Inc. has used International Collection Services since 1992 for our collections.  We have in-house procedures in place for accounts receivables and account maintenance. When our efforts are not successful we turn the non-productive accounts over to ICS. We have been very pleased with their professionalism, attention to detail, responsiveness, accessibility, and results in handling these accounts.

These accounts have been contacted by Sarasota Equine at least three times with action notices without response; therefore they are least 90 days old. Even under these conditions we have been very pleased with the efforts and results by ICS in pursuing these accounts.

We, without reservation, recommend ICS for your consideration as a collection option for your practice.
