Performance Guarantee :
 

International Collection Service, Inc. (ICS) guarantees to increase your ninety (90) day recovery by forty percent (40%).  In the event ICS fails to meet this objective, ICS will pay you the difference in cash.  This guarantee is subject to the terms listed below.
 

Terms:

  • You agree to place the same quality of accounts with ICS as you have been placing with your current debt collection agency.  Quality refers to age, size balance, information availability, etc.
     

  • You agree to make a good faith effort to be responsive to additional information requests, and ICS agrees not to make unreasonable requests of you.
     

  • If you feel ICS has not met this guarantee, you agree to furnish ICS with an industry standard two (2) year "Stair-Step" report and Inventory Report of the agency that ICS was compared with and failed.
     

  • If you make a request for payment under this guarantee, ICS will have the right to verify figures with the agency in question prior to paying this guarantee.  ICS is also allowed to randomly sample the accounts of the other agency to ensure the quality.
